315/70 R 17 on a stock f 150, HELP?

Hey, I'm about to get a set of new (H2 take offs) for 400 bucks, seems like a good deal, it's 15 bucks per tire for mounting. Does this sound ok? Secondly do these tires fit a stock 150 with just cranked T bars?? Any photos and help would be great thanks.

yes that is a pretty good deal.

The fit will be VERY VERY tight, but I have seen one or two people with it. I dont care for the look myself, its just too much rubber in there. It would look nice with at least a 3" body lift.

Here is exactly what you're talking about. 01 Super Crew 4x4 no lift with 315/70/17s on stock wheels with just the torsion bars turned up a little. I had no problem with clearance at all. As a matter of fact I just ordered a set of Helo Maxx 6 in BLack 17x9 and with just a little trimming up front they fit just fine. Helo even told me they wouldn't fit on anything less than a 3" lift with the 35s......

Personally I think it fills out the wheel well quite nicely, not to mention that if I lifted the truck even 3" it wouldn't fit in my garage....
