I have a FX4 supercrew and probably need to replace the shocks. I have the Rancho's now.. are there any alternatives to these that are reasonably priced. I would need shocks and install.

 

how will you be using your truck? on road off road what is your price range? looking for stiffer ride less body roll need to go alittle more in depth to give a better anwser

 

drive mostly on the road, but do go off from time to time when snowmobiling or camping. But looking for better handling that is not so soft that it makes the truck less able. Do you know what i mean? but i want something that doesn't ride like a dump truck over man holes like it does now.. the current shocks have 86k on them.

not sure what i should be paying, i have never priced out shocks but i hear the rancho's are over $100 each..
