Angry knock sensor location 4.6 L F-150

I have a 2000 F-150 with the 4.6 L motor. I have a problem that feels like the torque converter is slipping. I bought a hypertech programmer and the scanner came up with an 0325 (knock sensor) and 1000 (incomplete scan) codes. I purchased a knock sensor from NAPA thinking that I could just match it up and replace it. However, unless it is hidden this is not the right part. Please help me figure out the knock sensor(s) location.
Thanks,
John

knock sensor location

Yes I looked there. I removed the alternator and there are two sensors there in the valley beneath the intake. One sits higher than the other and neither matches the NAPA sensor I bought. It is possible this is the wrong part. I also called a local garage and they said the knock sensor is usually near the fly wheel. All I know is that everyone tells me something different. If you or anyone else could get me the proper part number maybe I could order the right part. I appreciate the input.
Thanks,
John

I repeat, it is under the intake manifold. You have to remove it to replace the knock sensor. What you should do is just plug in the new one you have and see if it resets the code.

knock sensor

OK thanks. I have looked for where it plugs in and I can't seem to locate the plug. Could you help direct me to the plug-in location? By the way, nice truck.

Look for a wire with a thick plastic cover, heat protection, that is between the Firewall and the engine. The connector is roughly in line with the coil packs. I will try to get pics.
