Does anyone have a belt diagram for a 1991 F150 with a 302 using the serpentine belt system. I had to change the radiator in my dads truck and it doesnt have a routing diagram on the shroud or under the hood, chiltons absolutely did no good whatsoever, it only shows routing diagram for a V belt system, thanks in advance.

A 302 is the 5.0L engine, so that diagram probably wont work.

One thing you can do is look at the surfaces ...back of belt goes on smooth surface rollers ... belt ridges goes across pulleys with ridges ... You can probably sort if out ...visually start with tensionor and work the paths from there ... Then install belt reversing that path ending at tensionor
