I am thinking about buying/ordering a new 99 F250 SuperDuty 4x4 sometime in the near future and have some questions about gas mileage with the gas engines. I'm looking at both the V10 (with a 4.30 limited slip) and the V8 (with a 4.10 limited slip). I would probably go witht the 265/75R16 tires as well. Anyway, I was just wondering what kind of gas mileage I could expect out of a F250 SuperDuty 4x4 extended cab shortbox with either of these two engines.

Does anyone know of any changes for the SuperDuties in the 2000 model year?

One other question...I'm also considering a 99 F150 4x4 extended cab with the 5.4L V8 and off-road pkg. How would the F150 and the SuperDuty (with either engine) compare in terms of everyday driving (mainly acceleration, but other stuff like handling, etc)???
