King of the Hammers Getting Under Way

On Friday, February 7, 2014, over 35,000 fans will be gathering on the public lands of Johnson Valley, California for the 8th Annual King of the Hammers, the “toughest one-day off-road race on the planet.”

More than 300 teams will be competing in a variety of vehicles across a course that contains open desert plains and technical rock crawling. You can bet Ford will be there. Considering how much stake they have in racing, it’s safe to say there’ll be a few F-150s out there getting dusty too.
