Intense Raptor Pre-Runner Coming to SEMA
The Raptor is totally rad. That’s pretty much a fact set in stone at this point. So, when we hear that a garage dedicated to tuning Raptors is given free range to make the truck the of their dreams for SEMA, we can’t help but expect something incredible. From the looks of it, that’s whats going to happen with the Raptor Performance Group’s Raptor Pre-Runner.

Now, the Raptor is already the most capable off-road racer you can get without pouring loads of cash into a custom yourself. But it’s still basically a normal truck in any other regard. They’re setting out the change that.

They’re turning the Raptor into a full on racing truck that’s still streetable. Roush Performance, Fox Racing, even Meguiars are involved in the build. But big names, are just names unless they’re doing something cool. In this case Roush is providing their phase 2 supercharger. With that, the truck should deliver about 590 horsepower and 535lb-ft of torque. If that doesn’t sound like fun, I don’t know what does. Raceco USA is also designing the suspension with about 20 inches of travel in the back and front.

It’ll be at the SEMA aftermarket auto show next week, so hopefully we’ll get to see the final product. Can’t wait.
