Ford F-150 Review

Blue Oval’s 40 Years of Sales Success Is highlighted in Yet Another Glowing Review of One of Our Favorite Ford Trucks

Ford recently celebrated the F-Series’ 40th consecutive year as America’s best selling truck. Streaks like that don’t happen by chance — they require constant change and a superb product. And the new F-150 is just that: The best truck on the market. If sales numbers don’t prove it, the seemingly endless positive F-150 reviews will.

Much like the new F-150 review from Kelley Blue Book. As KBB points out, the F-150 is a constantly evolving machine. With bi-annual refreshes and increasingly stiff competition, living up to past expectations isn’t easy. But Ford continues to pull it off, again and again.

Every refresh or redesign comes with massive expectations and incredible hype. But Ford meets or exceeds those expectations every time. How do they do it? Taking calculated risks, a la the switch to aluminum bodies. Constant improvement in things like ride and handling. Not to mention a quieter and more comfortable ride.

KBB also points out the numerous convenience features of the new F-150, like the retractable side steps. The incredible number of storage compartments inside make hauling anything a piece of cake. Seat comfort is a notch above the competition, and rear seat room is unmatched by anything else.

KBB notes that powertrains continue to evolve and improve. Each new generation of F-150 brings more power, increased towing capacity, and better efficiency. Regardless of which engine you choose. Rounding out the package, the F-150 sports a ton of innovative features. Highlights include a 360 degree camera system and integrated loading ramps.

Safety features abound as well.  Things like blind spot monitoring and lane keeping assist make this the safest F-150 to date.  And all of these things combine to make this the very best F-150 to date.  But as Ford has proven time and time again, it will only retain that crown until the next iteration of F-150 hits the market.
