F-150 Drive Ford Sales in May

People looove their trucks. Across the board, pickup and SUV sales have been steadily increasing along side an improving housing market. The F line of trucks  in particular saw a 31% jump in sales in May alone. Ford sold over 70,000 trucks in a month; it’s the first time they’ve been able to do that since 2007.

If anything, these numbers speak to the popularity of Ford trucks despite unfriendly (but improving) business conditions. Actually, Ford on the whole has been doing 14% better than they were last year. Not bad. We’ll likely see that number take another jump next year when the new F-150 and the new Mustang show off their pretty faces. Good times ahead.
