The 2016 Ford F-150 Limited made its official splash in Newport Beach, California and the latest top of the line Ford truck did not disappoint.
The all-new Pro Trailer Backup Assist feature was also demonstrated and works like a charm. It’s pretty amazing technology to watch up close and is a must for any driver who is parallel parking challenged as well.
While on the outside the fancy F-150 may look like a 2015 model, a closer look will reveal it’s massive 22-inch wheels, special raised “Limited” badges, premium Mojave leather massaging seats and a choice interior.
“The F-150 Limited sets a new bar for what discerning customers should expect in a high-end truck,” said Raj Nair, Ford group vice president, Global Product Development. “We’re adding segment-exclusive technology, and features that improve productivity, convenience and capability with distinctive style.”
The 2016 Limited is powered by a twin-turbo 3.5-Liter EcoBoost V6 and can tow up to 10,100 pounds. It produces 365 horsepower and 420 lb.-ft. of torque and goes on sale this winter.
The tony truck is available in Shadow Black, Magnetic, Blue Jeans and White Platinum Metallic tri-coat. You can see more photos of the Limited in our gallery below.
